Stability improvements#

We closed out 2024 and began 2025 by focusing on stability improvements and bug fixes for Teams. There are many edge cases when building an interface that lets you seamlessly and self-sovereignly transact across all EVM chains and tokens (ERC-20/721/1155) at once. We rapidly expanded the surface area of the product last fall, and eventually found ourselves hitting bugs. So we spent the past few weeks focusing inward and fixing those.

App updates#

When we separated the Teams product from the existing product we hinted at forthcoming changes to app.splits.org. We've implemented a number of those, including:

• Removed all smart account functionality—this now lives exclusively at teams.splits.org
• Added support for Phantom wallet
• Public names can only be added for Splits contracts—you should use an ENS if you want to publicly name your personal account/wallet
• Removed the tags functionality (we plan to add similar functionality to Teams in the future)
